Our company was founded on the vision of combining the playful elements of wooden toys with the practicality of traditional children's furniture. This principle remains at the heart of everything we create, ensuring each piece is both functional and encourages play. All of our designs are thoughtfully crafted in Two Harbors, Minnesota.

With over 30 years of experience working as an Industrial Designer with top brands like Radio Flyer, Hasbro, and Sonicare, I understand what children need in furniture and toys. At Square Bear Kids, I create play furniture that is both functional and sparks their imagination. Crafted from durable, furniture-grade Baltic Birch plywood, each piece is designed to provide years of use while inspiring creativity and play.

Trees are vital for a healthy planet, cleaning our air and protecting water. We carefully make our plywood furniture using this valuable resource, always mindful to minimize waste during manufacturing.
To help protect forests, we donate part of our profits to the Arbor Day Foundation, which works to keep forests strong for future generations..
