Baltic Birch Plywood
Our premium furniture is crafted from furniture-grade Baltic Birch plywood, a favorite material of Scandinavian furniture makers for its exquisite beauty, exceptional durability, and remarkable resistance to warping.
Additionally, the minimal use of fillers in the plies allows for the edges to be finely sanded and finished for a distinctive and appealing visual feature.

Computer-Driven Machining
We use CNC machining to precisely cut Baltic birch plywood into kid-friendly shapes, that accurately fit and align during assembly. This creates sturdy, durable furniture that is safe, functional, and visually appealing for children.
Hand Finishing
We carefully sand before and between applying multiple coats of clear spray finish to every plywood component of our furniture.
This labor-intensive step is crucial, providing excellent wood protection to enhance durability and longevity. It also highlights natural grain patterns and smooths surfaces for child’s gentle skin.
